Your home will be made ready, paint, carpet shampoo, maintenance, and housekeeping.
Yes, maintenance is on-site during office hours and available for after-hour emergencies.
The resident can submit a service request by using the resident portal.
We like to get to each service request as quickly as possible. We try to complete requests within a 24-48 hour period.
No, you do not need to be present. By giving us permission to enter, we complete your request and leave a note with the work completed.
During office hours a key can be made available.
Yes, within reason. Management approval is needed for special requests.
Amenities
We offer a gym, clubhouse, 2 pools, playground, dog park, and sports court.
Pools are seasonal Labor Day to Memorial day, 10 am to 8 pm.
Yes, we do offer open parking, with limited carport parking available.
Our homes do not offer w/d hookups.
We accept 2 pets per home, dog have a weight limit of 45lbs (full grown). Vet records must be provided. We do have restricted breeds that are not allowed, contact the office for clarification.
$200 non-refundable pet fee for first pet, $100 for second. Monthly $55 per pet fee.
It is 45lb for dogs and there are breed restrictions. Please contact the office for the list.
Refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave or vent hood.
No furnished units are available.
Our shortest-term lease is 6 months, with an additional $150 short-term fee added monthly.
We do not sign for packages. We offer a package room for our residents.
Currently, it is open daily 24 hours.

We have nearby grocery shopping, Market Basket and Walmart. 2 Gas stations, Bass Pro Shops, Target, Khol's and Petco.
We have a dog park on site!
We are conveniently near I-293 and I-93 that can take you nearby communities with wonderful shopping!
